Thanks for the update, we just got back from a short cruise to Mexico and while we were there we went to a church and there was a wall where you could put a name on a ribbon and hang on the wall for prayers , so you have prayers from Mexico coming to you, Love Tom and Janet
I am reading your newsletter and appreciate your excellent, descriptive and detailed writing. I feel it is a gift to us that you are sharing your journey. My heart reaches out to you both. This is such a tough time. You are equipped for it. I agree with your dad’s remarkable post. You will step forward to do what you need to each day. You do so much for people and have done that for so long. Everyone loves you and wants to help you.
We love you and pray for you daily.
I always appreciated how you welcomed me into your Zoom exercise class and then your meditation group. I was Brett’s mom and you gave me the CFSBK welcome. It is true, all are welcome there.
Wow I relate to every single word in this post. I was nodding my head along with your writing. Chemo is fucking humbling, period. And after you mostly recover from it you have to go back in for more, brutal. But I also managed to get outside and exercise during the upswings of my treatment and that was so important. When all my side effects were in full swing I just told myself that meant it was working. I have all my fingers crossed that it is working for you ♥️ (also an ND helped me tremendously, one of my fave supplements was/is Turkey Tail, maybe that was recommended to you too…)
Dear Jess, We have not met, but have a mutual friend, which is how I came to read your post. I feel compelled to tell you much I admire your positive attitude, determination and knowledge-gathering during this time of great challenge - please know that I hold you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
Dear Jess, thanks for taking the time to write this. You're so fucking strong and inspiring. Many hugs and much love from all of us.
